Admission to the two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) program is done via the Government of Maharashtra's CAP system, conducted annually by DTE. This ensures transparent, fair admissions under MSBTE Mumbai.

12th Science (PCB/PCM) Pass
Complete your 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics
Register for CAP via DTE Portal
Create your account and register for the Centralized Admission Process
Document Verification
Submit and verify all required documents as per DTE guidelines
Merit List Announcement
Check your position in the official merit list published by DTE
CAP Round I – Option Form Filling
Fill your college preferences for the first round of admissions
Institute Reporting (3 Days)
Report to your allotted institute within 3 days of seat allocation
CAP Round II – Vacant Seat Display + Reporting
Second round for remaining vacant seats with reporting requirements
CAP Round III – Final Round
Final centralized admission round for any remaining seats
Institute Level Admission (if applicable)
Direct admission at institute level for any remaining vacant seats
